I couldn't disagree more with the other review I read on Whispering Lake! I didn't choose my home based on a gate. It says in the lease that it's NOT security. Where in the world can anyone guarantee your security' They have courtesy officers that patrol at night,I love the location...close to everything, especially the ball parks and malls. My apartment is wonderful...large closets, all the applicances and well built...quiet! The lake is wonderful to walk around or fish and the service is prompt! I live here now and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Lots of improvements going on. Covered parking is great for KC weather. The staff has always been courteous and they are well trained. I get a real "team" feeling from all of them. The price was just right with the great special they gave me. Go for it! Get in here as soon as you can.
