I?m afraid that I have to agree with the mostly negative review. We have lived here for four months so far, and it has taken three months for our maintenance issues to be looked at. Please note - I didn?t say resolved - out of four issues (two primarily cosmetic and two more serious, including a leak that MUST be ruining the floor underneath) only the cosmetic issues have been resolved. We have been told that the maintenance team 'couldn't find anything wrong' with our other two complaints. We love the surroundings, love the convenience, and have had mostly good response from the staff, but they simply do not have enough maintenance folks to deal with issues that come up. We have been told that the maintenance staff responds in a ?reasonable amount of time? but three months worth of soaked towels in the bathroom from sopping up leaks is a bit much... I also have to say that I would feel better if the security gates were in working order, though the other reviewer is right - your safety isn?t guaranteed anywhere. In essence, I think if you luck out and get a unit with appliances that are still in working order and no leaks, you will enjoy this place quite a bit.
