I know, because my girlfriend and I live here and have gone through the reviews. This place is trash. The rent is ridiculous, unless you get in on the SECTION 8 housing, and if you're late on rent, you lose your "special" (in our case, is $175)<--- which is a joke, and you have to pay $100 late fee. So if your anymore than 5 days late, plan on dropping another half-month's rent.
The security sucks. Random black people walk the streets all night, doing whatever the ----. Probably stealing.
Absolutely no parking after 6pm at night, unless you want to walk a mile. Oh, and park somewhere that's not a parking spot, you get a $200 dollar tow.
Maintenance comes in whenever they want.
THIS IS A NIGHTMARE APARTMENT COMPLEX. You don't wanna believe me' Fine. You deal with it. I'm moving as soon as our lease is up. But you can't say you weren't warned.

Was it necessary to say random BLACK people are walking around? What you are saying about the complex is true, but you make yourself sound racist and at the very least judgemental. Do you know if the random black people are exercising, touring the property, or what? You didn't mention that you are calling the police when you see anything out of the ordinary and it sounds like you have to much time on your hands. so be a part of the solution and not the problem.
