My boyfriend, another couple and I spent one hour at whispering lakes Apartment and at the end of our lease, we painted, bought doors, bulbs and replacement other things that where broken at the time of moving out. One of the things that we did not replace was a broken storm window which was broken during winter. The managers said that it was because of fighting. This is highly inaccurate. It was broken on the outside which makes it impossible that we were the cause of the brake. Now they are charging us for the damage. When my boyfriend and I went to the office to discuss it they were very rude to us. They threw our folder on the table and said, "lets talk". Anyways I would NEVER recommend this apartment. Not to mention the crime rate that they have. Their security guards are irresponsible and do things that COPS are aurtherized to do.
