I loved my apartment but the area is wretched!!! It's pretty with the lake, but overall this was a HORRIBLE apartment experience for me. My car was broken into twice in the first three months of the year I lived there, the second time right before christmas. They broke in to a total of 7 cars in one night and snatched radios. I was lucky enough to not get my radio stolen, but they did break my window, and driving that to get fixed in December not to mention the time I had to take off work really sucked. The office staff was friendly to me, but there were things wrong in my apartment when I moved in that were never fixed, like the tile in the kitchen peeling up because the washer had apparently leaked & ruined it. Also, I had a pretty bad ant problem and my sliding glass door never sealed right. I had one of those nice apartments with a lake view, but it wasn't really a nice lake view because I was right in front of a dead tree that they never removed. Not to mention, I don't know why people fish out of that lake, but the lake was really gross.
