I've now lived at whispering lake apts for 2 years. It's mediocre at best. The management SUCKS beyond belief. They have a real crap attitude about taking care of their units or even talking with you and you basically have to threaten them with calling the city inspector or going to court to accomplish anything. The tennis courts are terrible and covered in poison ivy and oak which has been reported multiple times and not taken care of. The neighbours are jerks. Me and my husband are kept up all night by fights or parties which are not addressed properly. I've had to call the cops multiple times, one of which I witnessed a gun pulled on a woman by a man that came here to argue with her apparently. Alot of trash lives here and we're doing our damndest to get out of here soon. We've had our vehicles scuffed up by the low class people living here. They want over $30.00 now for covered parking which would barely fit our truck, with no lighting or anything. We've found multiple problems in our unit over time and have done many repairs. For the amount of rent we pay, it's a joke and I'd never reccomend anyone to move in here.
