I lived there for about 2 years. I moved in from a different state so I actually didn't get to see the apartment before I moved in.
The only thing good about this place was it was easy to get approved.
The carpet was missing in the closet bedroom when I moved in and was promised it would be taken care of and till the day I moved out there still not had been any carpet put in. Also It leaked and smelled badly every time it rained.
The bathroom ceiling leaked for about a year. I probably called the office manager Kiva and the maintence man about 7 times within a year. Finally they showed up to fix it and that was only because I was going to withhold the rent until it was fixed. They actually did nothing to fix the leak..all they did was patch over it.
It also had a horrible roach problem. It was horrible. Every once in awhile they came and sprayed for bugs but it really only seems to work for a month or so. I think that was because the neighbors were complete trash and didn't know how to clean there apartments.
Would not recommend!
