well if u want mice, brown reclusoses, and roof leaks and roof collapses then this is your place. I would never had rented this apartment but my friend recommended it to me she was on bottom floor and hasn't had too many problems like me. Also trashy people, drug dealers and car break ins are just another hi-lite about this apartment. The manager is nice right now but nothing every gets taken care of. So save yourself the hassle and disgust and don't move here.
