Apartments are way overpriced! Remember the snow storm recently' NOT ONCE was the snow shoveled on the sidewalks or the parking lot. Staff is rude and always seemed to be distressed to helping. Our apartment wasn't even fixed before we moved it. Not cleaned or painted. Had to ask 5 times for a mail key and then they wanted to charge me $2.00 for the key. When we signed lease, they had us sign a paper to give us authorization for them to sign for packages. Not once have they signed for it, so what was the purpose of the form'!' Cable TV must go through complex for each apartment, yet when they do nothing for when it's not working. The yard is full of dog poop. Glass strewn all over parking lot. Must call multiple times to the morons in office to get simple maintenance fixed. Clubhouse not available to tenants to hold birthday parties, which is not what it states in brochures. Wooden steps are very slipperly when wet. Parking sucks, as there are no assigned spots and unless you never move your car, you will hardly ever be able to park in front of your own building. I can continously hear the people below me, and it's not like they are being loud, just them moving around. When the wind blows you can hear the siding rattle on the sides of the building. Windows vibrate with wind. People constantly driving through with loud bass in their cars.
In conclusion, this is not a place that lives up to reputaion or what they advertise for it to be. Not even close.
