From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Have an apartment on the 2nd floor. Upstairs neighbors are very noisy. I have complained about them on numerous occasions to the management, but they have been no help. They do not return phone calls. The neighbors stomp, dog howles, whines, and barks, all hours of the night. This is in building 59....I will not renew my lease, and this place is not worth the price, since you cannot get a good night's sleep - no sound barrier between floors
