I lived at Wild Oak for a year.
Initially, I liked the place and the area because of plenty shopping areas. But, when I was done with my contract. I had to deal with a whole lot of --------.

I left my apt as clean as possible and it was better than what I received. They charged me for cleaning and paint job
for an hour each. Honsetly, I am not sure what the hell they would be cleaning or painting for an hour. When they asked me to get my carpets cleaned professionally
(based upon the contract-signed). Honsetly, my carpets were clean with or without the professionally cleaners because I had
no kids, pets, and I was barely there.

Surprised by how much they charged me,
I even called the mainteance people to find out what they did and they never returned my call. I believe it is means that
they did crap.

Few more pitalls with WildOaks
Packages: They don't accept packages and you will need to drive about 5 miles to get your packages.

Alarm System: Intially, my alarm system worked and I was able to use it everyday. Then, the stupid alarm system broke
and the mainteance people would not come over to fix it during the night. I guess a beep every hour is a great sound for
a good night's sleep. The next day or so, they fixed it.. but the system broke again and kept beeping for hours. I guess
we can assume that their equipment does not function properly.

Washing Machine/Dryer: I was glad to have a half-unit washer and dryer within my apt. But this washer/dryer broke after 6
months or so. The mainteance people came and replaced it, but the replacement was also broken. I feel that they replaced
the washer/dryer with a faulty one.

Piegon Crap/Balacony door: I lived on the second floor and had at least 5 pigeons on my balcony every time. I never went on
my balacony because of the amount of pigeon crap on my balacony. In addition, the balacony door does not close properly.
