Basically, this is the worst place I've ever lived. Other than not getting the staff to do anything, having stuff stolen from my patio, having my apartment broken into, and paying ridiculous amounts of money just to move out, it really wasn't that bad. Sense the sarcasm' Good. This place sucks. Number one, if you ever have a problem with anything in the apartment, unless it was on fire or getting flooded, good luck getting anyone to come out to assist you. For us they had a special promotion and didn't require a security deposit. Wow, was that a dumb move. After moving out, we had the carpets professionally clean as they require to have proof of by receipt, AFTER doing it ourselves with our pretty high quality home professional grade cleaner. This was to avoid and extra charges that the steam cleaning company might come up with. We cleaned the carpets to look as good or better than when we moved in. Come to find out, we have pay to replace the carpets because they are not salvageable. Tell me how this is possible with no pets, no children, and no shoes. I really think that if you happen to be the tenant after so many leasing years, and you just happen to move out on the wrong year, you get stuck with the carpet replacement. Absolute Joke. And if you like getting your exercise to take out the trash, this is your place, except for a few buildings, its quite a hike to there trash disposal unit. There were so many things that I hated about this place that if there were any good things to tell you, it wouldn't just because this place doesn't deserve the credit. DON'T DO IT.
