Don't judge a book by it's cover rings true From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   These apartments look like and are sold and priced like luxury apartments but seem to be ran by slum-lords. The maintenance is inefficient and cuts corners wherever and whenever possible. I have never in my life had to move into such a dirty, horrific mess. The carpets looked as though I was in a fraternity house, urine, food and drink stains. Yes, I said urine! There was food in the carpets. The place was re-painted while it was filthy so it looks as though I have food, hair and bugs as wallpaper. To top it all off, we have roaches. I have never in my life seen a roach other than pictures. I have to continuously call to remind them we need service. They "lose" and "forget" things all the time. The parking is terrible! For your own good, avoid this place. Spend a few extra dollars and RUN elsewhere. It will be more than worth it in the long-run.
