I randomly found this website and am very appauled by those that can find the extra time on their hands to b*tc* about everything that is wrong. I have been here for a year and just renewed to stay here for another 13 months. All experiences at Wildoak have been great!!
It is unfortunate that some may not feel this positive, we should all take a moment to stop and smell the roses.
What is really funny is when signing a lease agreement, we sign into the fact that we know we have to have carpets cleaned, know how much we will be charged for damages or cleaning , and know what the buyout is for leaving early. Honestly, when you read the lease - there are no suprises. I love Wildoak and cannot imagine anywhere else to call home. I'm sure you will think this too!!!
