If you want responsive management and maintenance keep looking. For the 5 years I've lived there I've had six maintenance requests - only one has been completed. These buildings seem to be falling apart due to the neglect of the staff.
*The elevators frequently have vomit in them and it will sit for days.
*Bats, mice and pigeons are frequest problems as well.
*The hallways are filthy and the carpets are in need of cleaning.
*Vandalism to cars and buildings occur often.
*Police, ambulance and fire department should set up stations at the club house since there is always one or all of these services on the property.
*Staff is rude, will not call back, and if something goes wrong in your apartment they will ignore your request, make up excuses why the work is not done after repeated calls to the office.
*Management makes you feel as if you have inconvenienced them in some way by making ANY request.
*Staff at the clubhouse/office never smile, never greet you and the reception desk (where you pick up packages, drop off rent checks) is often unstaffed.
*Loud music from the parking lot goes unnoticed by the security staff.
*Calls to the main office of Price Management Company are unreturned.
DO NOT RENT AT WILLOW CREEK APARTMENTS!!!
