This place is full of YAY! - My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year. We haven't had any problems with any of our neighbors, or their dogs (since this is a dog friendly apartment). Watch out Watch out when signing your lease, they don't explan to you about the water bill. They charge you for the water, gas, trash, sewer, etc....and they charge you whatever they want! If you don't pay it on time, they will charge you late fees and lord only

Very Poor Management You ask if they have Handicapped acccessable apartments and they tell you they do. You put down your deposit and they go show you the apartment and it is not Handicap accessable. The laundry facility is down another 14 steps, that's kind of hard to do in a wheel chair

We had a great experience, never a problem with management I have no complaints about my 5 years at the El Camino. Like another reviewer noted, it's close to UMKC and the Plaza. It's less expensive than the dorms. They have security cameras and secured gated parking which is 25.00
