The Orchards 25% Recommended May 08 2008: I have been here for 2 years. On the positive side: Very well kept grounds, maintenance guy (yes only 1 person for all the buildings) is the BOMB! Near the highway, restaurants, malls, stores, etc. Snow removal is great from Century Towers Residences 76% Recommended May 08 2008: I have lived in a Century Towers 1 bedroom for two years and initially moved for the convenience of going across the street for school.
