Living at Kirkwood Manor Apartments was a non-stop hassle from day one. The 24-hour maintenance service is a joke, the staff is untruthful and the infrastructure of the apartments (wiring, ventilation, plumbing) is in very bad shape.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this apartment complex.
