I was a resident living at Station Plaza. The apartments are small layouts but have a nice feeling, but when you look closely you will notice that everything is made of cheap crap. The sinks are plastic. I did not even know that they made plastic sinks. dont leave your curling iron on near the sink it will fall right through. After you pay your rent amount in the sum of 1200 for a one bedroom apt. oh yeah and if you have a 2 around 2100 dollars. yes that is not a type-o. You will find that the 55 trains that roar through at 50 miles an hour per day is a great asset to your crap apartment that is overpriced. If you are on the phone outside good luck hearing your conversation. The maintenance staff is very prompt and that is a good thing for all the problems that you will have. You will see them on a daily basis. Watch out for the dumpster near the restaurants there are all kinds of things living and lurking back their, and the smell is enough to make anyone lose there lunch. I feel sorry for the people who are living in that building. Everytime they leave they must hold there breath for the walk to there car. (yuck) But back to pay to much to never be able to sleep. When the trains are not running through which is very seldom the FIRE ALARMS WILL KEEP YOU BUSY. The fire alarms have gone off at least 50 times since I have lived here and it is usually around 3 o'clock in the morning or 5:30am. They are HORRIBLE. They are so loud that you have to get out of the building and stand in the dark dingy parking lot. Once again I am glad I do not live near the dumpster those poor people. There has not been a fire yet they are always a false alarm. Lately it takes the fire dept 30 minutes till they come shut them off cause they are probably tired of coming as a result of all the false alarms. If you decide to pay the high rent I warn you do a 3 month lease to see if you can sleep first. I have never felt better since moving out.
