It was horrible

The price was absolutely rediculous (sp) so there were very few tenants. I know my way around construction homes and these places were thrown together, a lot of the outlets didn't even work. They advertised all this continental breakfast and coffee bar so you thought you could get a cup of coffee in the morning and save a little money. THEY LOCKED ALL THE STUFF UP UNTIL THEY STROLLED IN AT 8:30 or 9:00AM AFTER EVERYONE LEFT FOR WORK. Trains blasting, traffic noise - then extra charges. Covered parking was nice but the wind flew through the outside entrances and that was unbearably cold. Then a new hotspot bar moved in - thought that would be nice but residents found people throwing up on their patios - I found beer bottles in the stairwells all the time. The fancy business center always had broken equipment or no paper, one power cord for two laptops. Always heard the neighbors and no help whatsoever with plumbing problems. You had to take a shower in a tub with water up to your shins. Hallways were never cleaned either - very undesireable for that much money. Now, Johnny Rockets has closed down - and none of those retail shops have ever opened. Not trying to hurt the place but renters should get honest evaluations.
