This apartment community is totally overpriced.
These are not luxury apartments by any standards.
Very poor construction- you can hear your neighbors (and their bathroom use) all the time.
The train is annoying...it takes a while to get used to.
There were also a group of troublesome teenagers roaming around all the time ( frankly feel bad for the kids due to lack of direction from parents).
There are many other problems with this apartment community I don't want to waste my time explaining.
This place does not deliver on any standards you would expect of a luxury apartment community. It all looks good when you look at the apartment before renting...but once you are in you realize that you just got screwed.
