You're Better off Elsewhere

You are not going to get what you pay for. $1350 for 2bd/2bth. Terrible insulation. I can hear my neighbor break wind as we uses the facilities each morning. I have to draw straws with my wife to see who gets to take a warm shower; there will only be enough hot water for one shower each morning. The fixtures are sub-par throughout (not that big of a deal, but again, they are charging a lot to live here. There is ample parking day or night though.
To be honest, living in Kirkwood is nice and convenient, but go rent a house. You'll have a lot more space, and probably better response to your problems. I have had a plugged sink since I moved in. I have given up on getting it fixed. These are just really cheap apartments for an exceptionally high price. But if you choose to stay, you will eventually adapt to the freight train noise.
