Station Plaza

Do not be fooled by the close proximity to Bar Louie and other Restaurants. I will simply list the facts and let you determine if this sounds like a place you want to call home.
Do you like to HEAR the following????
1. Neighbors having sex? You can hear the people that live above and on either side of you having sex. And it is LOUD!
2. Toliets flushing? You can hear the people that live above you and on either side of you go to the bathroom and flush the toliet. EVERY TIME and it is LOUD!
3. COAL TRAINS- The coal trains go by at least 7 and up to 12 times in 1 night. They are so loud they will wake you up and they take 4-7 minutes to pass each time.
4. Parking Garage Fire Alarms- The parking garage fire alarm goes off at least every month-usually in the middle of the night and takes 20-25 minutes to shut off-but only after the fire trucks arrive and yes they have the sirens on
5. Fire Truck Sirens- Fire Trucks arrive at Station Plaza monthly for one thing or another-often in the middle of the night
Other Things....
1. These apartments are over priced. You can do much better.
2. The buildings are poorly constructed- You can hear everything through the walls
3. Management is rude and does not care
4. The bath tub and bathroom sink backs up all the time- So you will have to call to get it to drained often.
5. If you sign a lease in Building A on the Train Side you will live in agony for the duration of your lease- The train is so loud it sounds like it is coming through your living room.
6. Mgt. comes up with excuses every other month to enter your apartment to snoop around. They make claims like they are conducting "pest control"
Don't do it. You will regret it. I only have 2 months to go and I cannot wait to get out of this horrible place.
