Do Not Live Here. Living at Kirkwood Manor Apartments was a non-stop hassle from day one. The 24-hour maintenance service is a joke, the staff is untruthful and the infrastructure of the apartments (wiring, ventilation, plumbing) is in very bad shape.

Cannot Recommend I'll go with the compliment sandwich. Downtown Kirkwood is a quaint aesthetically pleasing place to live. Walk to bars and restaurants. The farmers market is terrific. Centrally located so you can get around easily which is nice since I travel StL for my job.

These are not luxury apartments by any standards.
Very poor construction- you can hear your neighbors (and their bathroom use) all the time.

Not Worth It I was a resident living at Station Plaza. The apartments are small layouts but have a nice feeling, but when you look closely you will notice that everything is made of cheap crap. The sinks are plastic. I did not even know that they made plastic sinks. dont leave your curling
