Chapel Oaks Town Homes

Make sure your not next to a crack house, like I was. From: jeromekruse Date posted: 11/10/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I lived in these poorly run town homes for almost 2 years. The management was always unhelpful and mean-spirited. Routine questions to the staff were treated with contempt and disgust. The worst problem is that their own maintainance guy lived next door and ran his own little crack house there. He had people going in and out at all hours of the night and he played his loud music all the time. He offered my teenage son some of his drugs and I finally just had to call the cops to keep him away from us. Our unit was fairly nice, but we couldn't get any maintainance done when we needed it because the guy was a dope head that I was scared to let in the house.
