Horrible management. Buildings have roaches and spiders. The windows are very drafty. Sure driving around all the buildings, the place looks great. But once you move in, you see all the flaws. The bug problem isn't the real issue. It's the management. I'd much rather deal with roaches than them. And of course there's a few crazy and loud tenants. Glad I got out while I could. But watch out if you move or lease is up, you won't be getting that deposit back.
