great for single parents or families trying to get started. We have had no security issues to this point. Maintenance is a little slow, but it does get done. Great school district.
It is also a great place for singles getting started.
Grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies are all within walking distance. Very utility friendly. Be sure that you like to wash dishes, because their is no dishwasher. Only two washers and dryers per building. Living room is fairly large, but the kitchen and bedrooms are smaller. closet space is limited.
