Hole In The Wall

This place is a definite hole in the wall. If you are smart, you will not rent from these people. If you walk out of your door, don't be surprised if you choke to death from the smell of marijuana. You can complain all you want because management will do nothing about it, but remember this is suppose to be a crime free environment and the tenants are thoroughly checked (so they say). The electrical system is old and it probably will not be updated anytime soon so you can expect to pay anywhere from $200 - $300 a month for lights-that is of course if you are one of the few tenants that is NOT receiving government housing/assistance, and you actually pay your bills yourself. Do not expect to get any sleep at night or day for that matter, because the tenants(that don't work of course) hang out all day and night in front of any available building. Don't let the price fool you because it is a true dump!! The people who wrote the good reviews were either management or they are use to living like this. Liberty, however is a great area and I can not believe they have not shut this place down. DO NOT RENT IF YOU ARE SMART!!!!
