the models you go through look great and they say that if you dont like the apartment at time of siging of lease then you could ask for a differnt one, but was not an option. again your terrible neighbors, for instance mine to my right is a pot head, and the one to the left an inter-racial couple that blares music and has kids screaming at all hours of the night. maintaince sucks to. takes them two weeks before they come and fix your shower or non working dishwasher. my carpet cant even be vaccumed because it looks like it will be sucked up to bare floor. and there is no central air or heat and they suck up your utility bills. cant cook with the stove or oven with out the smoke alarm going off. if you move here dont plan on bringing kids unless you want them playing in dog poop. if you dont want your doors dinged then you have to park out in the back of the parking lot because the white trash there dont care about your car, or your property. and the exterior of the building looks like crap with mold growing all over it
