I lived here from 1998-2003 and because I wanted to save money, I returned.The place was a dump then and it still is a dump.Neighbors are noisy constantly.There are young kids drunk and making noise all hours of the night.Don't even think about putting trash in the dumpsters on most days because trash is always overflowing and around the dumpster area.The grounds have trash frequently and the the only upkeep and landscaping done is around the entrance and leasing office.Very deceptive.The apartments are dusty and moldy.The screens are torn and not fixed.My cabinets are broken and not usable in the kitchen.I even got maggots and flies because the upstairs neighbors didn't take out their trash when they vacated.Maintenance was helpful on four occasions but if I was over the age of 25 with children, I wouldn't live here.People allow their pets to defacate anywhere so children can't play in the grassed areas.I can't wait till my lease is up so I can get the hell out of this dump!If you are building up your savings it's a great temporary fix otherwise forget it and spend your money elsewhere if you can.Also,the laundry room is a joke,it's unclean with dead bugs,spiderwebbing,and small debris.The dryer doesn't even dry your clothing adequately.
