I live here and have for almost a year. I really like it here and my husband agrees that this was a good place to call home. We have a child and I feel very safe here knowing that there is security at night and management is always concerned with safety. The apartments are old- people come on! They are not brand new but for being 20 years old they look great!! There might be some wear in the apt but thats normal. And if your apartment is dirty or moldy maybe its because you need to clean! My apartment was very clean and had new carpet and was surrounded by very nice neighbors. I also had no problems getting work orders taken care of. They would come and fix anything I asked them too the same day as I called or at night if I felt it was an emergency they were right there! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking, they are great priced and are constantly improving. The pet issue is true but thats on the tenants there are areas for the dogs to go and do their stuff and stations that provide bags to pick it up with. If it isnt getting done blame the irresposible pet owners not the management! They do their best to keep up with that but its hard to follow everyone around to make sure they pick up after their dog- people should do that as a safety thing so other pets dont get sick- if its not picked up by the pet owners that its because their LAZY!! I would recommend these apartments for sure!!
