what I know about Jefferson Park would take to long to "tell all", but please be assured that the reports of MOLD are true. BLACK MOLD. LOTS OF IT. I personally have taken pictures and made video footage of all the places I've seen mold. Mostly, the air conditioner spraying mold into the apartment, VERY dangerous for your health!! My son went to the ER 4 times in one year for severe allergy related issues, ( I blame the mold). Their solution to the problem is to paint over the mold! The office personell IS the RUDEST 2 women who deserve the exact same treatment they have given out to alot of good, decent, nice, friendly people. People who pay their rent on time, (even early) follow all the rules, GOOD TENANTS who have lived there for a long time...Forget getting repairs made, not gonna happen! Have you ever been told the sky is red when you know for a fact it is BLUE' That's how you get treated when you report a problem to the office!!! Meanwhile, what they do best is sit over typing up all their little "notes" (if you've gotten one, you relate) and RAISING all the prices on every charge there is . RENT went up, deposit went up, pet fee, storage, late fees went up, and the only refurbishing, landscaping, maintance, repairs, upgrading, ANYTHING was done to, and around the office building and their new building and SIGN and all 200 new little trees. BY the way, A few amenities are missing from Jefferson Park, namely the pretty fountain you see on the homepage. The sauna is gone, jakuzzi gone, COURTYARD gone, the big trees gone, a muddy mess was left where the courtyard was! As far as the pool, be warned that they lock the bathrooms and unless you live right there, your kids have no where to go to the bathroom, I saw a little girl pee in her swimming suit on the sidewalk while crying to her mother while mother was trying to get into the bathroom only to find door locked, and the manager, SIMONE JONES was right there and would'nt open the door!!!! Like I said, I have more info, too much to tell in one blog, look for more soon! I'll be back.
