Jefferson Park will rent to basically anyone so you never know about your neighbors... I have one set that screams at each other all the time and makes Domestic Violence calls, and another unit(recently evicted) that were reported for child abuse because the father allowed a toddler to get into a pill bottle. The upkeep is minimal at best. My building just received new laundry facilities that are already out of order and it has been about a month. Instead of notifying the tenants that the equipment is broken, they just let it go, causing us to waste money in their broken machines. I would never suggest this complex to anyone.
