Great Place, TOO EXPENSIVE and Stuck-Up.

We lived at Wilshire for just under a year. Why' Because (with the pet fee) we were paying $510.00 p/m for a 1-bedroom (small) apartment. It was very modern, clean, well built, etc. etc. The maintenance crew were reliable and responsive...however, the attitude of the persons working there were often times very snobbish and impersonal. They do not offer any covered parking or security and there are only 2 washers/dryers per building. Overall, I'd say two thumbs down. If you can afford it...go right ahead. But for the money, you should be able to find a nicer place.

The main person in the office who was horrible to deal with is gone now, so things have improved in that respect.
