Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I signed a 14month lease in error and the property didn't correct it. Instead they said you signed it now you have to honor it. My stove hasn't worked the entire now 12 months that i've lived in the property. Maintenance has been out at least 3 times to fix it. Yes the other reviews are true about the property manager, she is a total dunce ( she don't have a clue ). My lease is going to be up in a couple of months (my 14month lease) and they had the nerve to send me a new lease with a $30.00 increase.....HA!HA! yeah right. Keep looking.....
