I keep reading all of this negativity... and I can not believe my ears! I could tell you the names and apartment addresses of every single person who wrote the past few reviews. (Yes, I am one of your neighbors) Leaving someone dead in their apartment for 4 weeks'' Right, did you forget that they are not allowed to move a dead person' It seemed to me as though that man's family never kept in touch with him b/c it took them over 2 weeks to realize they had not heard from him!

I agree with a previous writer, regarding maintenence issues... YOU RENT AN APARTMENT! You are not a home owner, you are not in a million-dollar condo... there are going to be problems, several problems... why do you think there is a FULL TIME maintenence staff... problems always occur! Some of you people need to start nit-picking at the little things. "Mr drawer doesn't push flat up against the wall", "the light fixture is uneven", "my roof had a leak"... welcome to apartment living my friends. Until you can afford, or committ to buy a house of your own, you will deal with your apartment once you move in... that's life!

Well, as I said before, I live at Park Meadows.. I do not work there. So please, take all of your assumptions and shove them. I do agree with most of what you said, however I do believe that several residents have over-dramatized what is considered a maintenence "issue" or "emergency". Yes, we pay rent, however it is considerably lower than most other places in the area. Yes, I have looked. So when someone calls about a drawer not being flat up against the cabinets, I find it a bit rediculous to wine and moan all about it on a web site and give the "poor me" story. As for their office staff... with the exception of the buffoon Joe at the front desk, they have been very helpful with any requests I've had. It seems to me like you've had a bad experience with them, and maybe you need a serious hug, followed by a large foot in the rear. Calm down.
