First off, the place is falling apart. We had a hole in our ceiling from a water leak. We called the 24 hour maintenance line and they never responded until the next day when we had a soaking wet kitchen. Also our thermostat broke and was causing our apartment to go from freezing cold to a sauna. We repeatedly asked for a new one and was told several times that they couldn't. We ended up finally getting a new one a few weeks later when our electric bill was outrageous. We went to the office and asked to be reimbursed and were finally responded to a few months later after we called. They said that would get it to us soon. We still don't have it and we move out in 60 days. The maintenance also were called several times because our back door lock was broken and it wasn't until a month and a half later when I went to the office and told them about it that it was fixed which was a huge safety issue because we had to walk around to the front of the building in between two buildings were there is not light. Also the bushes are pretty much weeds. Don't park your car under a tree, a branch may fall on it through the night because they are leaning toward the parking lot because they were planted on the side of a hill. I can hear my neighbors talking all the time. Finally, the staff is horrible. I signed a thirteen month lease with a nice and kind staff in may and throughout my lease they change staff to a RUDE and ridiculous one. When asked anything they snap at you. They can't just nicely explain things, it has to be harsh and be careful when you sign a lease with these people that you get a copy because it may change throughout your lease without you even knowing. Do not live here!!!
