The old man a few units down from me died. The managment let him rot in his unit for 4 weeks until the family got up here to deal with it. The smell was horrid, they wouldn't do anyhting about it. He also had cats that ---- everywhere after he passed. When the stinky body was finally removed they barely cleaned up all the feces around the apartment and moved a young couple in a DAY LATER!!!!!!!!

You have got to be kidding me! Can you please tell me what unit this occured in? I moved into an apartment a couple of months ago and it was not clean, smells really bad, and no matter how much I clean the smell will not go away. Not to mention the fact that my basement continues to leak even though the leasing agent claimed that this problem was fixed prior to my moving in. This place is absolutly horrible. I read a lot of reviews before I signed a lease, and addressed all of the concerns with the leasing agent who claimed that new management had taken over and corrected everything... NOT SO!!! Believe me when I say, none of these claims are fabricated. Do not waste your money on this place!
