I have lived in Park Meadows for almost two years. My lease is up in 2 weeks and I have never been so excited to move before. The buildings are not at all kept in good condition. The management staff is incompetent. For two years our heating/cooling unit has not worked in the master bedroom and I have issued numerous maintenance requests and they come and spray anti-freeze on the pipes and say it will work. The parking lot is covered in mud and the entrance is blocked by a huge tow truck which the management refuses to do anything about because the tow truck belongs to another resident. I am just so fed up with everything and would advise any potential residents to steer clear from this dump.
