Sad to say because the properties themselves were pretty nice by my other experiences, but this place is badly managed. I was without heat for 7 days when temperatures were in the 20s. I work at home. The response time to fixing stuff was pretty slow. I blame them for not having enough maintenance staff, because the staff themselves were knowledgable and good, but just slow. I had sewage backup three times in a year and they never replaced carpet. They just cleaned it, which is unsanitary when there was feces all over the place. They did return my deposit without nickle and diming me, which I appreciate, but the experience was stressful because they didn't handle things professionally. Also, though parking is plenty, people had loud parties and invited their friends to park wherever and on top of that, mud ran down into our parking spaces all the time and nothing was done about it. The staff are nice people. Maybe the way things are handled are policy. All I know is it was not the same as ANY of the 8 other apartment places I've lived in 20 years of apartment living. And I would not go back.

Ooooh apparently someone doesn't want PM's "good name" slandered. I just posted a response to irentedit to support the problems and it was pulled. Not surprising. They try to make you think it's great but it's not. Don't be fooled.
