Poor upkeep

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
The clubhouse is great and the individual units are satisfactory. However, the complex failed to properly spray for bugs, change air filters, replace fire alarm batteries...lack of respect for safety of their renters. There is only one washer or dryer per building (10 apartments/building), so you will need to go to a laundry mat. The closest one nearby is NOT favorable.
