Upstairs apartment toilets overflowed into my downstairs apt. Management agreed to move me into new apt and help pay for moving expenses. Prior to moving a second time, they lied and said there were "fees" associated with moving (this was never originally discussed). We are living in a potential bacterial nighmare because the fees are too expensive to afford. Go somewher else, do NOT move here.

I will tell you the new manager is perhaps the most unfriendly, unprofessional manager that this apartment complex has had. In addition the district manager does not seem to care what residents think either--While I don't believe that customers are always right--this complex has clearly lost the respect for its residents. I would beware of the head of maintenance as well.
