I am so glad I found this site! I have lived here for over three years and this property has had it's ups and downs, but never has it been even close to this bad.
It all started when Matt the old Manager suddenly one day was just gone, and was replaced by the monster know as Nancy. I asked her what happend to Matt, and she just says "he no longer works here" in a snide way. This woman clearly has no experience in Management, and no people skills at all! The property is trashed, nothing gets fixed, all my good neighbors are moving out and being replaced with illegal imigrants who pack six to ten people into one apartment, and hang out in the parking lot and the breezeway all night. I am scared just to walk from my car to my door,and it's a long walk because the parking lot is always full day and night.
I used to call the office and Matt would answer and listen and resolve my problems, and really was helpful and sincere. Now I call and no one answers the phone, no one calls me back, so I have to go down to the office, and on the rare occasion it's not locked, I get either one of the many new employes that have no clue what they are doing, or I get Nancy who is like talking to a wall, she just does not care. She is so frustrating to deal with I can see why all her new employees quit after just a month or two, and that's the other problem, it seems like every time I go down to the office it's a strange face who can't answere any of your questions.
The Maintenance crew is also inexperienced and very young, they are polite, but whatever they fix breaks about ten minuts after they leave. They keep comeing back over and over, it's like they are just guessing how to fix stuff.
I have roaches in my apartment the only other time I had bugs I called the office and Matt himself was at my door within an hour and sprayed my apartmentand the bugs were gone. Now, Nancy the "meanager" says she working on it, she yells it at me as if I am inconviencing her. She is so loud and and her breath is so bad.
I used to love this place, but now I'm online looking for a new apartment after over three years.
I have put up with a lot of things in my life, but I can't put up with Stonegate anymore.

I would have to AGREE!!! Last month it took me 4 days to ever talk to her and when you do she is condesending and screaming. We will move when our lease is up, just because of the manager who obviously has no idea what she is doing and treats us with ZERO RESPECT. She is no better than the last idiot that we had to deal with, we thought great he's gone and we get worse. What is with this complex who keeps hiring people with no experience and bad attitudes? I have never had a problem with maintenance, they get the job done!!!

I totally agree with the above statements. We will be moving out when our lease is up. Nancy the manager is very sweet to your face but a total B**** behind your back. She left us a sweet message to us on our answering machine but the idiot did not hang up the phone before she made some really rude comments about us. So I know first hand how she really is since she was dumb enough to record her true self on our answering machine. The "maintenance men" are truly horrible. They do not fix anything. If an appliance will turn on, no matter if it truly works or not, they will say nothing is wrong with it. Our dryer takes several times to dry clothes no matter how light a load you put in. I have called several times. The "man" comes out, turns the knob and since the dryer comes on and tumbles, it's all okee doakee with him. It's a shame because I do like our apartment alot but the lack of any real maintenance and the fact that the manager doesn't care about residents at all makes this place not a place to call home!

I havnt any problems with the maintenance staff, they are always friendly and get the job done. I wasnt planning on moving soon, but since the lease is up soon, will be out of here due to the office staff. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in the customer service industry. The owner of this property probably doesnt know how bad his/her office staff is. And these buildings are falling apart, maintenance tries but the stuff is old and not appealing. NEVER rent here, it is not worth the money or the embarressment the staff puts you through.

We have lived here for a year now and absolutely love this place...Most of the above statements are absolutely ridiculous! There are no illegal immigrants? Also, theres never anyone in the parking lots and Nancy is amazing, maybe she theres something wrong with you and she just doesnt like you for some reason. I cant blame her though because you seem like an absolute idiot!
