very poor construction

Poor quality of construction. You can hear every possible noise from your neighbor.
On the ground level, lots of ants, and earth worms!!! entering apartment (when all doors and windows closed).
You can hear water running from your neighbors all the time (pipes for water not insulated for sound at all!).

I can also here water running and the furnace in adjoining apartments. Maintenance staff is not knowledgable. Replaced/worked on thermostat and still not working correctly. They did paint building but left entry barriers unpainted and did not replace for 9 months. They do not work on the landscaping - leaves every where. Office staff is nice - no complaint there.
