Office Staff is nice but .........

Office Staff is nice but .... I can here water running and the furnace in adjoining apartments. Maintenance staff is not knowledgable. They replaced/worked on thermostat and still not working correctly. They did paint building but left entry barriers unpainted and did not replace for 9 months. They do not work on the landscaping - leaves everywhere. Very small bathrooms and old kitchens
