As the Property Manager, it is important that I respond to this entry. Two bedroom apartments start at $710 per month and the rent increases with added amenities. A two bedroom with a patio will rent for $710 but a two bedroom with a balcony, vaulted ceilings, fireplace or wooded view or any combination of the four is going to be more expensive than the base two bedroom floorplan.
The two bedroom one bath apartment homes range from $710 per month to $785 per month depending on the amenities of the apartment.
Please contact the leasing office at any time as we would like to have an opportunity to explain the reasons for the pricing. At anytime, you are also able to transfer to an apartment that may better fit your price range and budget.

I wrote this review. There was a misunderstanding on my part. The base rent I pay as a current resident IS the same as a new resident. I wish I could delete this review.
