Not Very Good

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
Some would say great location for the price but I say poorly built with cheap materials not worth the price. Windows, plumbing, tiles all need replacing. Maintenance will come ASAP but don't expect anything but patching over the patches allready there.
