This was my first apartment and it was nice. I had vaulted ceilings and a fire place and my first year I won 100 bucks off my rent for best decorated balcony for Christmas.

The price during my stay here was very reasonable and when I lost my job, they let me out of my lease a month early with no penalty.

It was gennerally quiet in the building and the design of the one bed was really nice. The oval tub in the bath was a nice feature.

Carpeting could have been of a high quality.
Parking was abundant. The only complaint was the washers and dryers, there were two of each in the building and the neighbors were not the most considerate to come and retrieve their stuff in a timely manner.
