The mold was out of control, I literally had drywall falling out of my walls. Whenever I saw mold I would call maintenance and they would tell me to spray bleach on it. My neighbor had wild birds nesting in her apartment when she had to be out of her apartment because of the mold problem. The ceiling in my shower fell out because of the mold. Bad!!!!

This is a perfect example of people NOT cleaning and mold becoming a serious problem in their apartment. I have actually heard of stories where some tenants don't clean, filth and mold everywhere, trashed their apartment then wanted to move to another apartment. You don't have a clue! Maintenance told you to spray bleach to kill the mold since you don't clean your filthy apartment, and mold will eventually inundate the walls, etc. I know for a fact that there is NO mold in these apartments unless your a slob and don't clean.
