We lived there in summer 2007 for 6 mts and had no issues. I would say its worth the price, pretty average. The office manager Debbie was nice and friendly. The office girls were ok. We had 2-3 maintenance issues and all were taken care promptly once call was placed. The apartment complex is fairly big so the maintenance people work as per their incoming order but still never had to wait long or call back for any issue. We didn't have any issues with noise or bugs either. The apartments are not very pricey either and has a fairly good gym and pool.
