I recently moved out after having lived at this complex for over 1 year. My initial opinion was that this would be a decent place to reside, but after having experienced the lack of management staff - I quickly changed my mind. Responsiveness to repair is spotty at best. The manager of the complex, Roxanne, does not respond to any requests nor does she call back when messages are left requesting her to do so. They are very quick to collect their rent, however don't seem to be concerned about whether their tenants are getting full value for what they are paying for.
